Kaiser, a Weatherford native, went on to earn 11 athletic letters while attending Southwestern from 1930-34. He had four in football, three each in basketball and tennis and one in track. It was football where he was best known excelling as a center and a place kicker. Kaiser helped the Bulldogs to back to back Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Conference titles in 1932 and 1933. He made the All-Oklahoma Team in 1933 which featured players from schools such as Oklahoma A&M, the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa among all other state college teams. Kaiser graduated in 1934 and would later teach and serve as an administrator at Sentinel, Fairfax, Arapaho, Clinton and at a school in California. He retired in 1978 after 43 years in the field of education.
